For Psychology Internship Applicants please send or fax a completed application for the training program that includes:

1. A letter of interest which includes the program you are applying to; The Adult Outpatient Program or the CalWorks Program.
2. A copy of your resume
3. 2-3 letters of recommendation from people that know your clinical work. One of the letters of recommendation must be from a supervisor from your current site.
